Coming by bus from San José:

Take a taxicab to the Caribbean terminal (El TERMINAL DEL CARIBE) and purchase a ticket to Puerto Viejo de Limon by MEPE S.A.

Careful because there is a Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui

Coming by car from San José:

It is difficult to get out of San Jose because of the confusing signs and the endless traffic jams.
Once that you find the way to the motorway it is easy to get to Puerto Limon. Here are two choices to turn right:

1. In the beginning of Limon. After the first hills left behind going over La Bomba / Sixaola.  NEW  3,3 KM AFTER the road sign 6 KM to Limon 
2. or en El Cruce de Limon with good signs to Puerto Viejo / Cahuita / Sixaola.

Total distance to Puerto Viejo about 220km. From here you drive 2,2 KM to us. You will find us on the left, or beach, side of the road.

Coming by Interbus:

A service from hotel to hotel

The easiest way if you don't like to drive by yourself and don't worry about the suitcases.
